Trying to Crawl....

Maybe it's a little more than trying to crawl....I think he's pretty much there. Andrew is 7 months old today! Wow - time sure has gone by quickly.

Six Months Old and then some......

We finally had Andrew's six month old photos made last Saturday. He didn't want to be very "smiley" to start with, but after a while he seemed to warm up a bit. We were pretty happy with how the photos turned out.

First Day of Preschool

Today was the first day of preschool and my boys were happy to be going. Look at these smiles! Both of them were still happy when we dropped them off as well. Adam is getting to be such a big boy. Here he is with his bag and ready to go. He woke up around 7am this morning asking if it was time to go yet. He was so excited to be back in a class with some of his friends.
I'm so glad we have such great options for sending the boys to preschool. Adam loves going to the program at the church and we love him being there. Andrew has the same teacher Adam did when he was an infant. We know he'll have a wonderful time.

Birthday Party and Dora

Adam went to his friend Sophie's birthday on August 3rd. Sophie was in his class at Due West last year and they'll be in the same class again this year. He had a great time playing in her backyard and with friends from school.

Sophie is in the birthday cake hat - she wore that hat all afternoon. I couldn't believe it! We would be lucky if Adam would wear a hat for 10 minutes. :)
She had a Dora's Magic Mountain birthday cake....all the kids loved it!

Then Dora appeared....she sang and danced with the kids. Adam thought it was pretty cool. He asked who was coming to his birthday party and has given us a list of everyone he wants to come like Mickey Mouse, Dora, Diego and the list goes on and on.
It was hot, but such fun times!

Here a tooth, there a tooth

On July 28th, we had our first tooth pop through....On August 8th we had tooth number two pop through. Andrew has really been a great baby through it all, but teething is no fun. It certainly makes him grouchy. You can see his two little teeth shining through below.
